Ways to calm oneself and clear the mind

1. Go for a walk , get some air, sit in the sun to experience silence, in your own space, to breathe in mother nature.
2. Go relax by any bed of water , whether it be by a beach hearing the waves clash, a quiet lake absorbing the stillness of the trees, or maybe a near by pond or pool where you can journal all your thoughts and emotions.
3. Go to a quiet room in your home where you feel secure and safe, lay down and listen to guided meditations for 3o min with your eyes closed.
4.Call a friend, surround yourself with positive individuals that inspire, encourage, and help you grow.
