Meditating steps for beginners that leads to success

  1. Separate yourself from others to have time for self. Choose anytime when you know your surroundings will be safe and comforting to be able to focus and envision peace and harmony in the mind, quiet in the body, opening your heart to feel the freedom our souls crave.

  2. Reflect on where your at in life. Take a few minutes to relax , take a couple deep breaths, write down your thoughts that come to you, and identify what has been causing stress to the body, sadness in your heart, and havoc in the mind.

  3. Hopes and Understandings. After reflecting and releasing the negative thoughts of the world by writing them down or just clearing them from your mind, start imagining a fresh start for yourself, realizing all the hopes you once wished for as a child combined with all the curiosity you look forward to in the future.

  4. Goals and Desires. Realizing and accepting the present , makes it easy to determine the desires of the heart, and you are able to start a realistic plan of steps on how to achieve those goals. Start with one at a time, stay on your path, and you will ultimately receive success.

  5. Choose a meditation technique that fits who you are at heart .We all have different personalities and temperaments, by choosing things that benefit you according to your goals and desires will help you succeed. Make sure to be honest with yourself and continue to follow the steps you promised yourself .


Edit what info and details your blog feed displays by clicking on Settings (look for the 3 dot icon).

If your blog is connected to a Members Area, you’ll want to make sure the Login button is visible to users. To send automatic email notifications to blog subscribers every time there’s a new post, turn on the email notification option on your Settings panel.
